What is Motivo?

Motivo is a personalised coaching service. We are passionate about integrating endurance sport into people's, lives. 'Motivo' is a Spanish term for motive something that resonates with us.

Who can benefit from Endurance coaching?

We cater for every level of athlete, whether wanting to achieve personal achievements or be competitive in events. Benefits could be from plans that take the stress out of planning your own sessions, specific efforts to improve aspects of fitness, load management and an external person to help guide your training journey.

How much does it cost?

Our pricing varies depending on the Endurance sport. We offer running coaching services or cycling/triathlon services at two price points. Please contact us for more information.

What's the difference between personal coaching and a generic plan?

Our coaching services take into account your training availability, level and goals to specially tailor a program to your needs. The experience and knowledge of our team equips us with the tools to help get the best out of you.

What kind of commitment is required?

Our coaching is flexible and tailored to your needs. Some athletes prefer year-round support, while others work with us in the lead up to specific events. We ask for a minimum 3 month commitment to ensure we have enough time to build momentum, see progress, and deliver meaningful results.
